Job Description: Outbound lead Generator

Platform Financial Services Ltd is looking for confident Individuals living near Bhariya town phase 4, Islamabad to contact our future clients based in the UK to promote our range of Insurance Services

To apply, you will ideally already have the following skill sets:

- Possess good interpersonal skills, thereby easily conversing with small business owners to Directors of medium enterprises.
-Be Fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Word.
- Be able to persuade potential clients to determine when their insurance policies expire.
- Have a cheerful personality and be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to manage the time and work load without the need for supervision.
- Be able to work towards set targets.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not necessary as full training provided.

Please note working hours are 4pm- 1 am Monday -Thursday and 1pm-10 pm Friday
Please note these hours will move forward by one hour in the winter months.


2 stage Interview process.
Initial 15 min telephone interview
2nd stage 45 min face-to-face interview at the office for successful candidates.
