Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and control of all activities of QA in all production divisions and stores
• Responsible for preparation and approval of Validation Master Plan.
• Responsible for discharge of all duties/responsibilities
• Responsible for inter & intra organizational coordination of different matters related to QA • Responsible for succession development in the department
• Responsible for effectiveness of QA for improvement in OMS
• Responsible for training of staff
• Responsible for project planning, Layout Designing, Budgeting Feasibility & ROI Preparation and Project supervision.
• Responsible for HR Management System documentation & implementation,
• Responsible for supplier sourcing, Plant & Machinery Installation, Commissioning and handing over to the concerned department
• Innovation & upgrading of existing Equipment, Machinery & Process
