Education: Minimum Bachelors in IT/CS, MBA preferred
Certification(s): SCRUM, PMP (preferred)
Work experience:
7+ years preferably in Product Development
Experience in People Management & Billing Swap project will be a plus
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Product development experience in Telco environment with complete command on both Traditional and Agile project management methodologies.
People Management
Hands On experience on business process creation & mapping
Good understanding of VAS, billing and recharge/retailer network in Telco setting
Ability to come up with solutions and be innovative.
Have skill set related to project management
Telecommunication business knowledge
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to deal with people from all level ranging from senior management to officer
Good attitude, problem-solving skill, and able to work under pressure
Business/Technically sound knowledge base of BSS (Business Support Systems) domain.
