• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
• Producing detailed construction execution drawings
• Facilitate clients by giving them sound professional advice
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors, vendors and other service professionals
• Project supervision
• Work with new softwares and technologies in order to give a better visual understanding of projects to clients and contractors
• Coordinating the work of contractors and service specialists
• Managing the day to day operations of the firm and the office staff

A managing architect should:

• Have good drawing and design skills with proficiency in digital 3D design, photo realistic rendering and CAD
• Be innovative, imaginative and eager to experiment with new techniques, technologies and softwares
• Be passionate about your profession
• Have the knowledge and field experience of construction and working with contractors
• Have good people skills
• Have at least 3-6 years of experience in this field
