We at BUTT PAINTS INDUSTRY is looking to hire a valuable Assistant Purchase Officer in our Purchase Department in our Head Office LHR

Qualification:
Bachelors / Masters in Supply chain

· Excellent communication skills & the ability to liaise with external suppliers & parties and can work in a fast-paced working environment

Experience:

2–3Years of Experience Experience in paint industry or paint chemical field will preferred

Responsibilities:

· Paints Active and inactive raw material purchase
· Packing material purchase experience, unit carton, wrappers etc.
· Make comparative and purchase orders as per demand
· Identify, assess and shortlist suitable vendors for procurement and able to manage different stakeholder internally and externally
· Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors
· Build appropriate cycle forecast in coordination with department
· Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other data
· Responsible to lead the local procurement planning, budgeting, supplier, selections and negotiations activities
· Finalize purchase details of orders and delivers
· Maintain minimum stock level
· Any other tasks assigned by line manager
