We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote our brand and products, driving customer engagement, and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms
Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns online and offline
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Lead digital marketing efforts SEO, social media, email campaigns, Google Ads
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI
Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending
Lead and supervise the internal marketing team and external agencies
Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and product launch events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA preferred
Proven experience 3–5 years in marketing or brand management
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to think creatively and work under pressure
