Role Purpose:
The Marketing Consultant/Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that enhance the center’s brand image, improve visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive overall business growth. The position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing, particularly within the education or training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
3. Build, maintain, and strengthen the center’s brand presence across digital platforms and offline channels.
4. Manage social media pages, digital advertisements, and community engagement activities to boost awareness and interaction.
5. Collaborate with the admissions and sales departments to design and execute campaigns that support enrollment and lead generation.
6. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities, ensuring optimization and continuous improvement.
7. Plan, organize, and oversee promotional events, workshops, and awareness campaigns to enhance outreach.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.
3. Strong understanding of marketing strategy development, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in content creation and presentation.
5. Creative approach combined with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
