My Career Summary : I have Total 12 years Professional Working Experience on different Power Plants. I have full Command in Control Room Operations Related to the Power Plant. Main Expertise in Gas , HFO and Diesel Generators Operations & Synchronizing, Load Sharing, Troubleshooting and Fault Tracing. i have done Preventive maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of Diesel & Gas Generators. I Also have working Experience at 132 KV Substations Transmission lines, Transformers , LV/MV/ HV Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, Operation & Maintenance And Troubleshooting. *Operational Experience* * Worked on synchronizing system all self-generation with wapda. * I know how to use PLC and Control Modules of all Generators. * Worked on gas generator & diesel generator synchronies with wapda. * Maintenance in 1000, 2000 RH.oil & oil filter change, tappet & Spark plug clearance. * Checking daily logs of operation, maintenance, safety activities, instruments reading, and details of equipments malfunctions and maintenance work. * Check and control all parameter in power plant. * Scheduling the plant activities and preparing the duty roster. * To calculate all plant expenses including fuel, lube oil, chemicals, daily and monthly. * manage the all parameter in control room. * Maintain the paperwork and making the daily generation report. * Contact appropriate specialist when necessary to resolve equipment problems. * I have done 30k and 60 k maintenance under my supervision with co- generation plant. * I have done de hydration of transformers oil. * I have installed L.V and H.T panels, ACB and VCB. * Prepare the daily and monthly power generation report, chemical report, lube oil report ,diesel stock report, etc.
