Position - MIS Coordinator
1. Prepare MIS of all the operational activities for internal controls.
2. Prepare and maintain Documents Archiving MIS with coordination of concern TL and current line Manager.
3. Prepare MIS to measure and manage staff performance and liaising with line Manager/ HOD and maintaining appropriate records in accordance with department procedures as required.
4. On daily basis share agreed standard reports with SSGC.
5. Prepare agreed comprehensive departmental efficiency & productivity reports for line Manager and HOD.
6. Maintain and monitor employee attendance records.
7. Ability to handle stress situations pertaining to MIS operations.
8. Accurate and timely execution of all MIS processing in order to minimize backlogs.
9. The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.
Other Skills
1. MS Excel – Expert level
2. Good Analytical Skill
3. English writing skills average and must have a good understanding about email etiquette.
