Responsible in the operation of the plant in Fully auto, Semi auto and Local mode operation thru SCADA system. Conducting daily routine inspection in the plant, Monitor all the running equipment’s and take all the reading parameters for chiller, pumps, cooling tower and instruments and gauges and other plant equipment. Monitor other equipment such as CCTV, fire alarm and firefighting system, lighting control system, Genset and other instruments and be sure its working properly. Preparing man power schedule and work week schedule for preventive maintenance, also conducting preventive maintenance of all the equipment in the plant weekly, monthly, quarterly, Semi annually. Preparing all plant reports electrical and water consumption and ETS consumption daily, weekly and monthly, coordinate to my superior for any plant work or concern and comply with the company rules and standard operation.
