Muhammad Ayub
My name is Muhammad and I am 27 years old. I was born in surab. My mother tongue is brahuvi Balochi language. And I belong to Muhammad hassni cast. I grew up in Quetta. After my few years ago we migrated from surab to Quetta. At Quetta I start my schooling college and university. After completion of my education, my professional life is started. And I gain different experiences from different sectors on different positions in different organizations my acquaintance is Rasool buksh lehri. He is also belongs to Quetta and doing government job as an officer level in reputed organization. And he have a good skills in a market, and he has gain many achievements due to his profession and sincerity of work. And I have many friends which are working in social sectors and government sectors in different projects. If I tell my leader he is sardar Akhtar mengal. He is very famous and strong political party in Balochistan. And his party is in Provisional assembly and national assembly in a well position and sardar Akhtar mengal is also in national assembly which is representing district Khuzdar. If we talk about mobilize there are many resources of mobilization. But that is also depends on minds what are your dreams and what do want in your life carrier. If I tell about my Self-knowledge is mobilized me, how to get education and can you stable your family and manage your life with short possibilities. And I also know the tribal leaders of Balochistan but I think don’t so they can change our faith. Because they are doing just for their self not for others and for their tribes they are fighting just for them self. How much they have possibilities they are gaming from government and those people which are compiled to agree with them because they have many reasons. Education History: Schooling: I did my matric from bright future high school with good marks. And in school I was a bright student of my class and school. I did my matric in science subject with good marks in 2011. College: In 2011 I took admission in government Science College In intermediate which was popular college of Balochistan. For poor students because its giving services by government, in this college I choose an engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and I completed my studies in 2013 I cleared my intermediate, after that I did my graduation from same college, in subject of geology and mathematics, and I was too much interested in these subjects but due to lake of geological depts. And governments jobs in this department in Balochistan. So I left geology after graduation and I cleared my graduation in 2017. University: In 2017 I took admission in MBA 3.5 in National University of modern languages Quetta campus. During my MBA I got many achievements. e.g: awarded by a certificate of event arrangement, and flower execution, And I clear my MBA in 2021 The national university of modern languages was established as an institute in 1969 to help people communicate and understand each other in different oriental and occidental languages to assimilate different cultures and to act as spring board for emerging discipline. Experience: Admin Assistant: During my university I was working in different in hospital as an admin assistant in Quetta I work 2 years and I got too much experience and knowledge about hospitality and field of administration. So I left the hospital due to another opportunity. MERF: In international NGO ‘MERF’ which is working on medical emergency resilience foundation offered me as a district coordinator at Khuzdar. Which is district of Balochistan near to Karachi. So I went there as a district coordinator I make a team for district activates. In our team there were 800 volunteers and 55 supervisors, the supervisors are covering project t volunteers in their nearest villages. This project was in two phases first to register the households, second distribution In registration we registered 7 lakh people in overall district Khuzdar where 44 uni on counsels were there. And after that we distributed 4 lakh LLINS “Long Lasting Insect ide Nets” Which was a project for protection of malaria cause there is malaria is increased too much. So in Oct/2022 the project was finished. Islamic Relief: After finishing of “MERF” Project. The Islamic Relief international UK funded “NGO” gave me opportunity as a supply chain assistant at NaseerAbad. That time in Balochistan flooded effected many districts so we moved to NaseerAbad division this division was too much effected in flood. So at there we started our work as an admin to facilitate of project staff. So at there we are provided shelter box. Foods. Hygiene kits. Cash distribution, clean water. Of flood effected areas. At the mean while many country projects are run by Islamic relief. UNICEF, Islamic relief South Africa, China TZU Funded Projects. In Dec/2022 the project was finished in NaseerAbad.
