Job description  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the signage and branding sector.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.  Present customized signage and branding solutions to clients.  Attend industry expos and events to generate leads, explore new opportunities, and expand brand presence.  Conduct client visits and schedule meetings to understand client needs and propose solutions.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.  Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.  Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates to management.  Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly presentations and sales reports with relevant data for higher management. Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billing.  Conducting survey and share quotations of required material with customers.  Responsible to claim delivery note via email after delivery and installation of signage at site.  Informing team of all new information related to products procedure.  Handling two major clients TOTAL PARCO & Be Energy.  Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.  Creating and sending invoices to customers on time.  Responsible to provide signage artwork according to site requirements after site survey.  Responsible to resolve customer queries and provide best solution to satisfy customers.  Responsible to check signage production status one day before to meet commitment.  Responsible to resolve complaints of signage in overall Pakistan.  Building customer relationships and loyalty by creating work schedule.  Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports for senior managers.
