Nahidah Bashir
I am Dr. Nahidah Bashir, I have eleven year teaching experience at Government Girls High School Multan and I have had the privilege of instructing several courses within the BS Botany program at different semesters, encompassing topics such as Plant Stress Physiology, Phycology and Bryology, Plant Ecology, Molecular Biology, and Biostatistics. My academic journey, Ph.D. in Plant Physiology, has equipped me with a robust understanding of botanical sciences, complemented by a strong foundation in statistical analysis. My doctoral research involved in-depth statistical analyses, enabling me to bridge the realms of Botany and Biostatistics effectively. This unique interdisciplinary expertise positions me well to not only teach Botany courses but also contribute significantly to Biostatistics instruction, adding value to the academic curriculum. I am dedicated to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to explore, question, and innovate. My teaching philosophy emphasizes practical applications, critical thinking, and research-based learning methodologies to empower students for real-world challenges in the field of Botany. I am eager to bring my passion for Botany, coupled with my pedagogical skills and research insights, to Bahauddin Zakariya University. I am committed to contributing my best efforts towards the academic growth and success of the students and the institute.
