o Basic knowledge of computer hardware and its assembly.
o Must know networking basic (LAN< WAN< VLANS).
o Expertise at windows installation.
o Have knowledge of audio and video basics.
o Client presentation and supervision of work.
o Develop and apply new technology for current and future products.
o Researches information and technologies for the benefit of the company.
o Provides consults with managers, engineers, and others to provide technical expertise and guidance where needed.
o Supervises assigned staff that may consist of Technologists, Designers, Technicians and Engineers.
o Coordinate / conduct research in technical fields relating to TGS products and potential products. These include but are not limited to: sound and vibration engineering, advanced mechanics and strength of materials, mechanism and electronic design, concept development, and electric motor theory.
o Provide consultations on technical issues. A liaison with company’s advanced technical issues.
o Coordinates technical training workshops.
