Job Brief
We are looking for a Network Support Engi who will provide Help Desk support for Windows 10, MAC and Linux Users. The candidate should have the relevant experience and be able to support users in day to day problems on go-live with a focus to close issues
Key Responsibilities
Providing Help Desk IT support for Windows 10, MAC, and Linux Users
Configuration and testing of any new Hardware and Software.
Cisco Certified Hands-on experience with Cisco switches can able to configure and install
Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall
Responsible for the configuration of Firewalls, VPN, and Network Security
Supporting Users over remotely or by email/Skype/Google Meets
Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Network and Workstations
Provide first-line support to users in hand-holding, tracking of support tickets, and closure of tickets.
Helping the support team in the resolution of users' issues in a timely manner
Support users in day to day problems on go-live with a focus to close issues
Required Qualifications
At least a bachelors in Computer Science or relevant field
2-3 years of relevant experience
Certification in Microsoft, Linux, CCNA, and Fortinet Firewall and NSE7 will be preferred
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Windows, Linux OS, and macOS
Good communication skills
Multitasking
