Description:

The Office Assistant is mainly responsible for supporting the daily operation of the office, performing basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth progress of the companys various businesses. This position requires good organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operation of the office, including document sorting, copying, printing, scanning and other clerical work.

Manage the procurement and inventory of office materials to ensure the supply of daily office supplies.

Assist in receiving visiting customers or suppliers, and be responsible for answering and transferring office calls.

Assist in organizing company meetings and other activities, including booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office and coordinate the work of cleaning staff.

Handle the sending and receiving of company mail and the filing management of documents.

Support the administrative team to complete other tasks as needed, such as travel arrangements, schedule management, etc.

Assist the financial team with simple financial paperwork, such as receipt management, expense report compilation, etc.

Requirements:

Have strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and external customers.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Have the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and work effectively under pressure.

Applicants with basic financial paperwork skills are preferred.

Education requirements: High school or equivalent, relevant experience is preferred.
