• Manage all the tasks as assigned by senior management
• Enforce operating procedures and discipline in the administration department
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
• Monitor and record long distance phone calls
• Review and approve Management’s inquiries
• Plan and implement office systems and equipment procurement
• Make travel and transport arrangements for management
• Manage emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Submit and make expense reports
• Act as contact person for internal and external clients
Office Timing:10:00am to 6:00pm
Office Location: Lahore
Qualification: Intermediate
Age: 18 years minimum. Senior Males & Females can also apply for the job.
Salary: RS 27,000/month
