Exploits Energy Limited is hiring a permanent role for Operations Manager, Power & Infrastructure (P & I).
Responsibilities:
As the operations manager of power and infrastructure, you will be responsible for all below mentioned activities in given regions of Exploits Energy activities in Nigeria; consisting of over 1200 sites including Ultra BTS, Flexi BTS, Metro BTS, BSC sites and undergoing ZTE swapped SDR sites, also responsible for P&I of DWDM and PSTN Co-Locations as well. The daily operations will include the following below:
Management of day to day operational activities in the region.
Supervision of Field Operations of subcontractors for Telecom, Non Telecom and Infrastructure equipment of all power equipment including ATS/AMF panels, MOR (Manual Over Ride), Generator Control Panels.
Supervision of fuelling activities of whole region, from fuel cards handling to pouring of fuel to the site.
Invoice verification for Preventive Maintenance by subcontractors.
Supervising of FLM Operations Reporting within your area.
SLA/OLA monitoring and reporting.
Supervision of onsite diagnostic checks and fault rectification.
Follow up and coordination with subcontractors for monitoring of PM schedule for Power Distribution System (AC/DC), DC Power equipment.
Audits planning and taking corrective actions to follow the company policies and processes.
Fuel pilferage control process development and implement.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: 1000 USD per month
Accommodation: Available and paid for by Exploits Energy Limited, Nigeria
Transportation: Will be provided by Exploits Energy Limited
Educational Requirement: Bachelors of Science or Engineering is basic.
