We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Trainer to join our team. As an Oracle Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on Oracle Database 19c, Administration, High Availability, Performance Management, Security, Backup and Recovery, ASM, Data Guard, and other relevant Oracle technologies. Your expertise and guidance will play a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge and skills of our trainees, enabling them to excel in their Oracle-related endeavors.
Responsibilities:
Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions on various Oracle technologies, adhering to the course outline provided.
Preparing and delivering course content, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
Guiding trainees through the complexities of Oracle Database Management, Administration, and Performance Tuning.
Providing in-depth knowledge of Oracle High Availability features, Data Guard, and Oracle ASM to ensure trainees grasp concepts effectively.
Ensuring a strong focus on Oracle Security practices, including user administration, encryption, and authorization protocols.
Equipping trainees with the necessary skills to handle Oracle Backup, Recovery, and Tuning, and instilling best practices in their approach.
Demonstrating expertise in Oracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall, Policies, and Reports.
Presenting advanced topics such as Oracle Key Vault for transparent data encryption, including real-world use cases and administration tasks.
Tailoring training materials to accommodate the specific needs and skill levels of the trainees.
Assisting trainees in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle-related issues they may encounter.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and incorporating relevant updates into the training curriculum.
Evaluating trainees progress, providing constructive feedback, and offering additional support when necessary.
Collaborating with the training team to enhance the overall training program and ensure its continuous improvement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in delivering Oracle training sessions to diverse audiences.
Extensive industry experience with a minimum of 10 years in Oracle Database Management and Administration.
Oracle Certified Professional OCP or higher certification is mandatory.
Proficiency in Oracle Database 19c and relevant technologies, such as ASM, Data Guard, and Performance Management.
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Security practices, including user authentication, authorization, and encryption methods.
Familiarity with Oracle Backup, Recovery, and Tuning strategies and methodologies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies.
Ability to adapt training approaches to suit the needs of different learners and learning environments.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with the training team to enhance the training programs quality and impact.
