Graduation in Social Sciences or equivalent with at-least 2 years relevant experience.

• Identification and enrollment of orphans and needy students.
• Enter orphans bio-data and progress reports according to Policy and Procedures.
• Fulfillment of bio-data and progress reports to the agreed format and set time.
• Maintain email, paper and electronic filing systems relating to all orphans
• Ensure a professional service is delivered and high quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Deliver sponsorship payments/gifts and maintain record
• Prepare and print cheques of Orphan payments on quarterly basis and distribute them.
• Handle all enquiries from PK/Head office by telephone, letter and the internet and respond them professionally and proactively.
• Ensure that all enquiries are handled within agreed standards and time line.
• Responding to these enquiries verbally and/or in writing
• Ensure records on online database are accurate and up-to-date. This involves inputting, amending, maintaining Orphan details on the database.
• Maintaining proper records of Family/ Granny (Old age) Scheme.
• Prepare feedback of hand pump scheme when required
