Salary Range: PKR 40,000 - PKR 80,000 with additional performance-based incentives

Job Description:

Axxon BPO is actively seeking Outbound Call Agents for our night shift operations. As an Outbound Call Agent, your primary role is to engage with potential customers, introduce our services, and drive successful outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a customer-centric approach. If you have a persuasive personality and are dedicated to achieving targets, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and provide them with information about our services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, converting them into customers or setting up follow-up calls.
Sales Promotion: Present products persuasively, responding to customer questions and handling objections effectively.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales conversions in our CRM system.
Goal Achievement: Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets as established by the team leader.
Team Support: Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies to improve performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or a call center environment is preferred.
Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with a persuasive and positive approach.
Availability: Must be able to work full-time night shifts 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM.
Professional Attitude: Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to customer responses.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems for data entry and call tracking.
