Outbound Software Sales Cold-Calling OTE 100k-200k Month

It is a remote jobs, can be done from anywhere.
Role Description
• This role is open to experienced, as well as entry
level, provided you have Excellent Business English
• Cold-calling/telemarketing for AdaptiveMessaging,
AdaptiveOnlineBookings, AdaptiveDMS,
AdaptiveStudentHousing, AdaptiveEComm, AdaptiveCMS
and AdaptiveCRM software. You will focus on one or
two of these at a time
• You will be provided training on cold-calling, as
well as basic business knowledge
• You will call UK or US businesses for an initial 5-
10 minute call and as much as possible, try to
qualify the lead. Then book an appointment for the
Prospect with one of our Consultants, who will have
a more detailed conversation. We will handle
software demos
Career Advancement
• Over time this role may grow into you handling the
Consulting calls, doing software demos and closing
the sale
• Learning: We allow you to switch between software
product infrequently, to grow your business
knowledge. Breadth without depth is useless. This
switch will not be weekly or monthly.
• With more experience and business knowledge, you
might handle larger clients, with the possibility of
Big Ticket Sales
Qualifications
• Excellent business English
• Preference for proven experience in cold-calling for
software
• Basic business knowledge related to at least one
area: Cyber Risks, Controls, Finance/Accounting,
Supply Chain, E-Commerce, CMS, CRM, Project
Management or ERP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time
management skills
• Bachelors degree or higher in business,
communications, marketing, or a related field
• Highly articulate
Terms
• Full-Time UK hours. Prep can be done local hours
• 100% remote, work-from-home
• You should have a decent internet connection.
• Starting Fixed Salary Non-Negotiable:
40,000 - 65,000 /month DOE. Sales staff must be
able to produce: This can only change after you have
brought in a book of business and up to a ratio of
revenue:expenses
• OTE: Salary plus commissions 100,000k-150,000k per
month salary + commissions for qualified leads only
PLUS bonuses per closed sales could mean 200k+
• Option to grow into a SaaS sales role, where you
demo software and complete the sales lifecycle, in
return for much greater remuneration % of deal
value, which can be substantial for big ticket
sales
