1. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:



a. MBBS or Equivalent Qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).



b. Registered with PMDC



c. The following Postgraduate Qualification:

i. FCPS/ M.S / FRCS / Diplomat American Board in Paediatric E.N.T or Equivalent Qualification recognized by PMDC;

OR

ii. FCPS / M.S / FRCS / Diplomat American Board or Equivalent Qualification recognized by PMDC in E.N.T with one year experience after Post- graduation in the Paediatric E.N.T in an Institution recognized by PMDC.



d. Three years experience after Post-graduation in Paediatric E.N.T in an Institution recognized by PMDC.



2. AGE:

Male Candidates: 25 to 45 + 5 Years General Age Relaxation in Upper Age Limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012
= 50 Years on 29-06-2015.



Female Candidates: 25 to 45 + 8 Years General Age Relaxation in Upper Age Limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012
= 53 Years on 29-06-2015.



3. PAY: BS-18



4. DOMICILE: Candidates domiciled in any District of the Province of

Punjab.



5. GENDER: Male, Female & Shemale.



6. PLACE OF POSTING: Various Teaching Hospitals in the Punjab.
