a. Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board:
b. A speed of 70 w.p.m in Shorthand in English and 35 w.p.m in Typing speed on typewriter or on Computer.
c. Computer literate in M.S Office.

Note: Preference shall be given to the candidates who know Urdu Shorthand at a speed of 60 w.p.m and typewriting at a speed of 25 w.p.m

18 to 25 + 5 Years General age relaxation in upper age limit for Male Candidates = 30 Years and 18 to 25 + 08 Years General age relaxation in upper age limit for Female Candidates = 33 Years on 27-04-2015 as per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012.
