Qualification / Experience:
• Postgraduate degree from an HEC recognized university / foreign institute, preferably in Education related fields.
• 8-10 years’ work experience of teaching, education management, and school administration in a well renowned and reputed educational organization.
• Age Limit: 28-45 years
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent spoken and written English, computer and interpersonal skills
• Enterprising dynamic person with strong decision making, administrative and managerial skills
• Proven experience in successful running of reputed high achieving English Medium Institute.
• High energy level to handle the diverse problems faced by a school in its day-to-day activities.
• Proficiency in use of education technology with a solid understanding of current and future education technology trends.
• Substantial experience of overseeing and managing budget and resources.
• Ability to promote standing and reputation of school through effective marketing.
• Should be able to maintain liaison with students, teachers, parents and the School Group and Head Office.
• Should be able to develop the School Development Plans for its strategic growth.
