Project Coordinator for Video Editing Projects

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to Manage Our Video Editing Process A to Z.

Responsibilities:

• Get Complete Project details from Client Manager.
• Create a Strategy/Plan on How the project will be completed within the provided deadline.
• Assign the Project to one of the video editors.
• Supervise the process and Receive the edited videos.
• Proofread the edited videos and make sure it matches the project details.
• If there is something that does not match the project scope, make sure to revise it from the video editor.
• Send the Final Edited videos to the Client Manager.

• Create Strategies on how the workflow can be improved.
• Supervise the overall work.
• Manage the team.
• Work closely with the Client Manager/CEO on Team building and Growth.

Requirements:

• Must have good knowledge of Project Management software, Such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc
• Good Knowledge of Slack, Google Drive, box, etc
• Familiarity with Video Editing Software, Like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Filmora.
• Understands the basis of Video Editing Workflow.
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Project Management.


Salary Package: Rs. 40,000/-
Monday to Saturday; 9 AM to 6 PM
Ramadan time: 8 AM to 3 PM
