Supervise and manage QC inspectors deployed across cutting, stitching, and finishing lines.

Ensure finished products meet defined specifications, measurements, and workmanship standards.

Implement and monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections on a daily basis.

Conduct 100% visual inspections, random sampling inspections, and size set evaluations.

Maintain proper documentation of daily inspection reports, defect records, and rework statistics.

Coordinate with production teams to highlight defects and ensure corrective action is taken immediately.

Approve or reject finished goods based on quality standards and customer requirements.

Ensure proper tagging, isolation, and handling of rejected products.

Train QC inspectors on inspection protocols, defect classification, and buyer-specific quality standards.

Participate in pre-final and final inspections conducted by clients or third-party auditors.

Support audit teams in verifying actual product quality during social/compliance audits.

Monitor performance of QC team and conduct regular reviews.
