The candidate should have following skills:
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Coordination of work effort
- a good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- budget handling skills
- excellent IT and maths skills
- Good knowledge of Autocad drafting
- Good Knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- good organisational skills
- excellent communication and negotiating skills
- the ability to work as part of a team.
