Study product portfolio and develop application scenarios based on knowledge of service provider and enterprise networks in Pakistan.·
Scope, create and deliver technical presentations and solution recommendations to prospects and customers;
Develop in depth knowledge of the competitive solutions in our marketplace and how they compare with NE’s product offering.· Provide backend support to Sales Team in submitting technical response to customers;
Prepare documents covering technical aspects of bidding proposals and lead the bidding process to ensure timely completion of tasks within the organization.·
Engage customers to extract critical technical and business drivers and document information from customer.·
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.·
Persuade the clients through regular contact that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.·
Develop relationships with customers and vendors to better understand customer needs and expand the reach of possible solutions.·
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm and internal. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.·
Coordinates closely with internal Sales and Project resources to align solution design with customers business requirements.· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas and sales channels.
