•Masters / Bachelor in any subject (Preferable in Education)
•Good communication skills and able to interact all levels professionally.
•Good spoken English.

•Age between 23 to 32.
•Experience 3 to 5 years in Education field.

Must be excellent in communication, able to coordinate staff members and take initiatives. Exceptional documentation skills. Managing vision and purpose. Decision quality and problem solving. Functional/technical skills. Interpersonal skills. Managing and measuring work.

She must be able to create and maintain a safe school climate Sets expectations and effectively delivers results for academic achievement, climate safety, budget efficiency, and employee/student performance Selects effective faculty and staff Organizes and budgets resources creatively and appropriately etc.
