JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible to assist Program Manager in research implementation and accomplishing research objectives. S/he must be flexible for travelling as and when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in training of field workers
Mobilize field workers for data collection
Supervise and manager field workers
Establish relationships with community local persons, political and social activists and different NGOs, etc
Develop data collection tools under supervision
Update data on a weekly basis for project M&E
Prepare project progress presentation on weekly basis
Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data
Assist in drafting manuscripts and reports
Work in the rural community settings
Travel to field sites across Pakistan
Any other task assigned by the lie manager

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES KSA
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degrees in Public Health, Social Science, International Relations or another relevant field.

Willing to Travel
Familiar with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
Computer Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English/Urdu oral and written will be strongly preferred
Hands on experience of STATA
Data analysis skills
Attention to detail
