Retail Sales & Marketing Manager - Apparel
Modest Clothing is looking for a retail sales manager to boost sales through various marketing and sale campaigns and techniques, particularly in retail in the apparel industry.
Job Description
• Issue, manage, and analyze required, routine reports including inventory reports, cash control reports, sales reports.
Manage new store/outlet openings.
Initiating businesses with potential stores all over Pakistan.
Must have in depth knowledge about clothing fabric
Forecasting product demands as per target.
Feedbacks regarding product designs for better sales
Must have knowledge about retail shops of other provinces too specially Punjab region.
• Contact Store Manager and other retail staff to communicate relevant information.
• As the Retail Manager, develop, implement, review and monitoring the retail operating plan and budget to increase sale revenues.
• Visit retail outlets, Dealer outlet in city and out of city
• Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
• Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
• Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
• Determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
• Making use of software to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
• Maintaining store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Ensuring standards for quality and customer service at the stores
• Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues
• Responding to customer complaints and comments
• Analyzing customers feedback and recommending management to increase product portfolio
• Promoting the retail chain.
• Researching and securing new locations for retail chain
• Helping in store design and managing construction of stores
• Organizing store displays
• Monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Initiating changes to improve the business
• Maintaining the store reputation
This is a high-profile job so you’ll need the credibility to build strong relationships with people across the business as well as vendors
