Dear Sir/ Mam This is Safder Mallick having Diploma degree in mechanical engineer having more than 6+ year experience in piping , fire fighting as well as HVAC as a site engineer and site supervisor in different companies. I am looking for a job of mechanical engineer/supervisor . *Qatar working on Freelance visa* My key responsibilities were like : 1. Supervision and execution of work as per approved shop drawing with project specification to meet the client requirement. 2. Follow up site work execution and progress. 3. Report writing like daily site progress report, weekly report, WIR , MIR etc. 4. Knowledge of standard codes like NFPA, ASTM, ASME and more knowledge of piping systems 3. Discussion with other trade to get smooth work flow 4. Make sure that all material availability on site in advance if not then make material requests as per drawing requirements 5. Installation of wet fire fighting system like water sprinkler system, ZCV, under ground HDPE pipe , fire hose cabinet, fire hydrant, sprinkler, hydro pressure test , PRV, OS&Y valve, NRV, Aram check valve, pump room work 6. Supervision of Installation HVAC system like duct, chilled water system, fire damper, AHU, compressor, refrigerant etc. 7. Give daily update to project manager and planning engineer also 6. Work on site on basis of 2 week look ahead plan . 7.Submit WIR for work inspection. 8. make as built drawing if any changes. 9. Also supervise of worker to follow safety cafeteria. 10. Knowledge of different types of pipe laying and its fitting with color code. 11. Familiar with NFPA codes and equipment related to fire pump room 12. Familiar with all types of drawing used in construction work like design drawing, tender drawing, IFC drawing, Shop drawing, red line drawing, as built drawing. 13. Knowledge of more depth in all types piping like codes, layout, fittings, color code etc. 14. More knowledge of different types of pipes and its feelings.
