, I believe that my qualification & work experience is quite relevant to meet the criteria through which I can prove myself as one of the competent candidate for this position. I have done M.Phil. in Economics from Sarhad University and M.Ed. from AIOU. I have been employed as Town Manager with CHIP Training & Consulting under UNICEF funded project Polio Eradication Programme CBV. As town manager one of my responsibilities is preparation of the monitoring plan of polio campaign and monitor the activities pre/post & during campaign. After the gaps identification the monitoring report has been prepared and submitted to management. Before that I worked as School support Associate with USAID’s Pakistan Reading Project. Previously I worked as a Trainer with DFID Project implemented by DCTE Directorate of Curriculum & Teachers Education with collaboration of Beacon house school system. Before that I worked with USAIDs Pakistan reading Project for KP which is implemented by International Rescue Committee IRC as a Community Outreach/Grants Officer. As Outreach Officer, I am facilitated the implementation of the programs outreach campaigns in the assigned fifteen districts in KP. The outreach campaigns consist of to generate momentum with communities themselves to spearhead increased interest and opportunities for everyone to participate in reading and a grants mechanism for Community-Based Organizations CBOs;I also support project reporting and field media production to capture program achievements through photography, success stories & documentaries. Previously, I worked with Save the Children Early childhood care and education ECCE Aus aid funded project and having deep involvement in early grade teaching methodology, learning environment and teacher training. Apart from my experience in the field of mobilization and education, I am also having strong communication skill. With all this experience, I am greatly accustomed to working with people of diverse cultures and organizational backgrounds. That is why I am interested to apply for this position. I shall be extremely grateful & honored if my application is considered for this position. I believe that it would also give me an opportunity to understand the academic aspect of the work that I have been carrying out for years.
