We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive who will oversee the marketing of real estate business.
Requirements
• 2/3 years of prior experience in marketing preferably in real estate industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and Ad Campaigns
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Have working experience in social media marketing through a different digital platform
• Possess experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Have expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation
Responsibilities
• Attend the visitors decently and elegantly and apprise the visitors about the developmental activities and salable or available plots,
• Highlight the salient features of the project through printed flyers and multimedia presentation,
• Express the mode of payment for the salable plots to clients,
• Arrange site visit for potential buyers and visitors to show the substantial achievements in infrastructure and horticulture development,
• Negotiate with plot purchasers on the rates as defined by the CE,
• Prepare a list of visitors name, profession and contact details and complete sale proceeding papers on daily basis.
• Pass on all desirable information about sale proceedings to HO and coordinate in data entry etc,
• Regularly reconcile all proceedings pertain to his assignment with the CE and Accountant HO.
• Contact the defaulters for recovery of arrears or outstanding amount.
Education Required:
MBA Marketing or equivalent from recognized institution.
