Key responsibilities will include ; To liaise and build relationships with agencies, vendors, suppliers etc.
· To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual and long term marketing plan
· To ensure effective, branded marketing communications such as the company website, print communication, and advertising
· To budget manage and identify marketing/advertising opportunities
· To report to Marketing and Sales Manager
· To organize reports, budgets and expenditure classification
· To provide continuous market reporting in the Real Estate industry
