Position Overview:
The Sales Development Representative SDR will be responsible for generating
new business opportunities through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be
a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales and a
deep understanding of B2B sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing our
products/services and qualifying leads.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by
identifying and engaging decision-makers.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the
sales team.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales
activities.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand
industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach
strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness to help refine
sales processes.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and
qualification targets.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services to
effectively communicate value propositions.
