We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer for the Automation industry with sales experience of 5 year especially in Industries like Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Water, Textile and Pharma.
Position1: Engineer Sales/ Automation Industry
Locations: Karachi, Pakistan
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for preparing and executing aggressive sales plans and achieving the targets in the assigned Industries.
· Conduct on-site and remote customer meetings to include initial pitch presentations and demos with marketing qualified leads.
· Identify potential customers in Process Industries & End User segments and maintain the relationships with the existing customers for repeated business.
· Interface with client technical teams to present our product architecture, engage in solutioning discussions customized to the client and overcoming technical objections, if any
· Coordinate closely with Proposal team, engineering, and service resources to align solution design with client’s business requirements.
· Respond promptly to sales requests for customer engagement needs.
· Attend trade shows, use platforms for Tenders and other events to develop leads.
· Work closely with the key management team to ensure product success and define future roadmap.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales portfolio in Industrial Automation Industry
Industrial Automation products - PLC, HMI, SCADA, Instrumentation, Safety System, Fire & Gas System
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point
Important Skills
· Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
· High energy with ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast changing environment.
· Sense of Urgency target oriented and dedicate extra efforts if needed on assignments.
· Requires 25-50% domestic travel.
