We are looking for Sales and dispatch Based Call Center experienced agents for a USA based trucking Campaign minimum 6 month experience.


Job Role:

1- Securing loads by speaking with brokers and negotiating rates.
2- Assigning loads to the carriers.
3-Monitoring units/trucks until the load gets delivered.
4-Answering inbound/outbound calls and handling communication between carriers and brokers.
5-Submitting Invoices and maintaining records.
6-Onboarding New Truck Drivers-Sales Specialist
