Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership and Team Management:
o Train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
o Motivate and inspire your team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual development.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
o Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and individual salespeople by collaborating with head office.
o Develop effective sales strategies and methodologies to maximize sales success.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers.
o Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
o Manage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Sales Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
o Track and monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and KPIs Key Performance Indicators.
o Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
o Develop and implement corrective actions to address any sales performance shortfalls.
o Generate sales reports for management, providing insights into sales trends and customer behavior.
• Reporting:
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the head office, summarizing sales performance, team activity, and market trends.
o Communicate key sales metrics, opportunities, and challenges to company leadership.
o Utilize data visualization tools if applicable to present sales information clearly and concisely
Qualifications:
• MBA or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
• Understanding of CRM Customer Relationship Management software.
