Location: Barkat Market, Lahore

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM till 03:00 AM

Salary: RS 40,000.00 - RS 50,000.00 per month

We are looking for a well-spoken sales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone.

A successful sales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

Responsibilities:

• Handel in-bound and out-bound calls.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints.

• Identify and escalate priority issues.

• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Negotiating with customers and making sales.

Requirements and skills:

• Minimum 1-year of proven experience as sales representative.

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs e.g., CRM software.

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

• Excellent knowledge of English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address issues and complaints.
