Job Description
• Develop sales performers by articulating core business values and persuasive selling techniques to the sales team
• Devise and manage compelling value proposition training material/manual considering business and customer viewpoint
• Proficiently delivers devised content to the sales team i.e. new hires & existing associates and ensures that all are aligned with business objectives
• Manages performance chart and develops a mechanism for the continuous improvement
• Keeps track of technical knowledge and innovative selling techniques to timely update training material/manual as per the consent of management
• Work closely with relevant support department to fulfill technical training of sales department
• Assists and provides on job training and counseling to team members
Job Specification
• MBA or BBA (Marketing and Sales)
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT/ FMCG/ Pharmaceutical
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Presentable personality with time management skills
• IT Savvy and hardcore sales knowledge
