Job Duties:
i) Responsible for preliminary analysis and re-analysis of crop seeds submitted for purity viability and health test according to laid down standards.
ii) To keep the equipment/ apparatus in the laboratory in working condition and properly maintained.
iii) To submit periodical reports as per laid down procedures.
iv) Responsible for execution of Seed Legislation as and when empowered.

Qualification/Experience required:
Second Class or Grade‘C’ Master’s Degree in Agriculture in one of the subjects of Seed Technology, Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Plant Protection, Agriculture Extension, Entomology or M.Sc. (Botany).
