• Complete the design stages (DD, CD), coordinating both international and local design consultants (architects and engineering firms)
• Manage the external project management team (which will also do construction management); act as their single point of contact for all queries, and ensure adherence to timelines, cost and quality
• Coordinate and lead value engineering initiatives during design phase, material selection, procurement
• Develop project cost and timeline estimates; manage cost control and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate pre-qualification of (sub)contractors, tendering process and awarding of contracts
• Ensure all construction documentation and administration is organized and accurate; maintain full project management logs (RFIs, variation orders, submittals etc.)
• Coordinate and oversee procurement of all materials
• Monitor construction management; handling all day-to-day specifics of the project
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project, as per set-out standards
• Organize weekly coordination meetings and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed
• Assure project is completed within time and budget as per defined quality and standards
