Those who have completed their PhD no more than 03 years prior to the date of advertisement in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Food Sciences/Biochemistry from an HEC recognized University. He/She must have a good academic record with atleast 1-2 research publications as a first author in microbiology and/or probiotics in an HEC recognized journal.
1-2 years of post-PhD experience in the Food/Beverage Industry or a research lab dealing with food safety/product development issues. Internationally recognized certifications/trainings in Food safety/Quality Assurance will be advantageous.
