RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieving assigned sales targets through the sales team

Staffing and directing a sales team

Providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum output and growth in line with company vision and values

Establishing strategies to expand the customer base

Build more effective communications with customers

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates should have a Bachelors preferably Masters with minimum four 4 years experience, out of which one year preferably in asset management companies / financial product sales.
