We are seeking an experienced "Lead SQA Engineer" to join our growing team. You will work closely with the software development teams to ensure that the software products are tested thoroughly and are of high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SQA automation team and drive automation efforts for Digital Graphiks
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using industry standard tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
- Design and implement test plans and test cases for both functional and non-functional testing
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process
- Conduct code reviews of automated test scripts
- Create and maintain test data and test environments
- Analyze test results and work with the development team to address issues
- Report on testing progress and provide regular updates to the management team
- Mentor and train team members on automation best practices and tools

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQA automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, tools, and best practices, such as Selenium, , JUnit, etc.
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of automation engineers
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
