Eligibility Criteria
Education: BS(CS), BS(IT), MIT,BS(SE) , MBA Fin, CA/ACCA
Work experience: 1- 3 years of Oracle Fusion (Financials, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Projects) support experience
1. Hands on experience of Oracle Fusion financial modules
2. Experience within ERP implementations, outsourcing and offshore delivery organizations and with Shared Service deliveries
3. Customer service oriented: Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and positive customer centric attitude
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Team player but also able to work individually
7. Has owned and conducted customer dialogues with respect to operational issues
8. Own operational meeting arenas towards customers
