I have worked as a team leader role in data processing. I am highly motivated and have a positive yet professional outlook when on the job. I am a self-starter and have the ability to work with a team and can get the best out of them. I was responsible for assigning all the data processing work to the staff to ensure that all data was input on time and that projects were completed in full and accurately. I have evaluated my team’s performance in their data processing including productivity, capability and their technical knowhow. I have managed all aspects of the data processing team. If there are problems I am able to troubleshoot them and can come up with solutions that make sense for both the company and the staff. I am performing above mentioned role since long.
