a The candidate must be able to understand HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing drawings.
b The candidate must be able to asses and inspect the work done by fabricators, welders, technicians and plumbers.
c The candidate must be able to organize and arrange the manpower based on the priorities.
d The candidate must be able to raise/clear inspection requests against the work done.
e The candidate must be familiar with the electrical regulations and installation standards.
